INSIDE THIS ISSUE
*********** ARTICLES ***********
The theme on our cover is what you might call timeless... although its relevence NOW, is more than appropriate. A gentle, yet powerful reminder of Loving Service in Action and how, at one time or another, we are all fragile and dependent on each other.
This issue covers a multitude of occasions Thanksgiving - Halloween - Rememberance Day - Christmas and a host of others. Times meant to be joyous celebrations. Days when hopefully, people lay down their differences and gather round a communal table in one spirit. What hope those occasions bring to the world in general. The compounded vibration of their PEACEful energy is a real gift to life as we know it.
Yet, as beautiful as those special days are, our focus this issue is more on all of the days in between! The forgotton days that one by one build our lives as we know them. We salute the hours of contemplation and endless service, the moments when we have the opportunity to let life pass us by and ignore others around us or to stop, smell the roses and lend a helping hand. Blessed times when the newly fallen leaves crinkle under our feet and the honking of the trumpeter swans going south for the winter heal us with their sound vibration. This is a precious time to be savoured - a delicate time waiting to be moulded into something beautiful.
Still the most beautiful thing in our mind, is the 'somewhat elusive' beauty of Love in ACTION. Our cover expresses it quite simply... the love that inspires the strong to feed the weak without thought of reward. The love that propels the healthy to don white gowns and visit the sick. The miracle that causes someone to stop and reach out a generous hand to a person in need. The bond that runs deep enough between brothers and sisters that the differences of everyday living can be risen above to a common ground of caring and compassion for each other. Love without conditions!
A fairy tale? Oh no! We challenge you to look around you, to stop and listen - to observe the quickening of the heartbeat of the universe. Look inside - we’ve brought you examples and possibilities!
We know the pulse is changing for the good, irregardless of the propaganda of the mass media... We ask you to 'tune in' and feel the revolution of love that IS truly going on. Then, in the spirit of celebration for each moment as it unfolds, we invite you to join us in a new wave of consciousness that ALREADY IS making a difference - person by person - ONE by ONE!
There is a community of the spirit.
Join it, and feel the delight
of walking in the noisy street,
and being the noise.
I am so small I can barely be seen.
How can this great love be inside me?
Look at your eyes. They are small,
but they see enormous things.
My dear hart (heart) never think you
are better than others.
Listen to their sorrows
with compassion.
If you want peace,
don’t harbor bad thoughts, do not gossip
and don’t teach what you do not know.
Let yourself be silently drawn
by the stronger pull
of what you truly love.
"We are creatures of community. Those individuals, societies, and cultures who learned to take care of each other; to love each other; and to nurture relationships with each other during the past several hundred thousand years were more likely to survive than those who did not." - Dr. Dean Ornish, "Love and Survival"
The great novelist and intellectual Aldous Huxley wrote the novel "Brave New World." Toward the end of his life an interviewer asked, "Dr. Huxley, perhaps more than anyone else alive, you have studied the great spiritual and religious traditions of the world. What have you learned?" And Huxley answered, "I think we could just be a bit kinder. I think we could just be a bit kinder."
My friend Patricia Ryan Madson recently wrote a book called Improv Wisdom and one of her chapters is titled, "take care of each other." She tells how good improvisers do what is necessary to make others look good. They take care of their fellows and if one of the troupe falters the others quickly do something to improve his or her situation. She describes it as something like having a guardian angel taking care of you all the time. In fact she recommends trying this experiment:
Become a guardian angel. Pick a friend, co-worker, or family member and decide to look out for this person. Maintain a watchful eye to see if there is anything you can do to smooth his path, make her world brighter, or help him with his projects. Write her notes of thanks or encouragement.
I had a guardian angel in street clothes in the early 70’s when I was just 24 years of age. I have forgotten his name now, but not him. He was an orderly in a French hospital in Ottawa and thanks to his dedication and caring I recovered from a car accident months before the orthopaedic surgeon had predicted.
Following a bad accident on a hot July 1st, I regained consciousness in the recovery room of the Ottawa General, to discover that I had a broken pelvis and collar bone while deeply convinced that I was also pregnant.
The next few days were difficult for the nursing staff as I stubbornly refused all pain medication and as a result would pass out/faint from the pain. I was determined my unborn baby would not be exposed to any drugs that were potentially harmful.
My guardian angel appeared in the garb of a french orderly, who spoke limited English. He came on duty three days into my hospital stay, and when we met he took my hand while questioning me on my reasons for being uncooperative. After listening to my story with his serious and open heart, he agreed to help me and help the nurses responsible for my care. "It is not good for you to be in so much pain," he said. "There is only one thing to do; I will have to heal you through laughter."
"The nights are quiet here," he would explain, "so I can spend time with you. And you aren’t sleeping anyway, so we will tell stories." And that is how he began his ten-day midnight shift and I began my healing journey through nights of laughing and crying listening to his stories and songs, mixed in with the pain of broken bones and bruised ribs.
At first I would beg him to stop as the laughter worsened the pain, but he kept on, while holding my hand and fanning me from the heat.
My suffering began to ease. The fainting stopped, I soon could sleep for a few hours, and physiotherapy began. As the days went on and I was able to be lifted into a wheel chair, he started the next phase, which was to get me to eat. "If you could have anything to eat you wanted," he asked me one night, at two in the morning, "what would it be?" "A pepperoni, green pepper and mushroom pizza," I answered instantly.
"You’re in luck," he said, "I will order out and bring you down to the nurse’s station and we’ll have a pizza party. I’m buying," he insisted. Eating began again.
And so it went. Caring, kindness, skill, devotion, humor, thoughtfulness, even his own money, to help a "patient" who was lucky enough to be there on his shift. My daughter and I are eternally grateful to this ordinary guardian angel of our lives.
Let’s all sign on to "giving ourselves away." Do a research project with yourself and see what happens. Consider the principles of the successful entrepreneur from Stanford’s elite Mayfield Fellows Program:
As we work with extending ourselves in this way we may find that it is contagious, and as we forget ourselves we find the best part of ourselves while leaving a legacy of hope and encouragement to those who cross our path.

If you are like me and many other conscious beings, you have asked the question "Who am I?" In the simple asking of this question you are activating your nerve system. Synapses fire in both of your cerebral hemispheres, first voicing the question, then sorting all of the information in our mind looking for today’s answer, our best understanding of who we are.
Our nerve system coordinates and integrates the functioning of our over 50 trillion cells in our body, it senses our emotions and internal rhythms and directs the energy flow throughout our body. It also senses our external world so we can make appropriate choices depending on what is happening outside of us. Choices like deciding what foods to eat, which people to spend time with and whether to laugh at the last joke we heard or not. It is also what causes us to shiver when we are cold and to sweat when we are hot, to increase our heart rate when we are excited and to decrease it when we are relaxed.
In many ways our nerve system is like the hard drive of a computer system. It acts as the major relay station organizing all the various programs and tasks needed for the day’s activities, sourcing them with energy and then going on to the next activity when it is time. Similar to a computer system we all function at various rates. Many of us are functioning on a nerve system that would be comparable to an old 486 Mhz computer that hasn’t been defragmented in a while. We are running with old belief systems, past physical and mental stresses and chemical toxicities. The past is running our bodies, creating predictable patterns in our nerve system, which were once optimal for the challenges we faced but now are no longer ideal. This causes us to lose our adaptability and flexibility and to operate sluggishly. Eventually these patterns in our nerve system become predictable patterns in our life as well.
In my practise I use a specific gentle touch to help people, through their nerve system, to release that which no longer serves them. Reconnecting with these old stresses and belief systems allows them to reorganize and recreate themselves anew. This is like upgrading your computer from a 486 to a new Pentium 4 system. Your thinking becomes clearer, the communication between cells is better, making for more efficient healing and inner being dynamics. This allows for growth and transformation into states that we didn’t even know were possible. Healing is evolving, evolving into someone new!

When do we awaken to the meaning of our life?
How do we evolve? These are "simple" questions that have been asked since humans have had consciousness. Each one of us has our own beliefs and stories that coincide with our awareness of our personal life journey.
My awakening started over 20 years ago after a brush with death. As a successful businessman, I started questioning my false sense of security in needing power over people and control in my environment. First I explored why many of my relationships didn’t satisfy me and why my thirst for money and power nearly killed me. I spent years learning communication models, processing feelings and studying my body’s reaction and response to stimuli from others. But I found myself reliving childhood beliefs and fears. I realized these experiences of family and culture formed my life’s behaviours. So I began searching for beacons of light that could inform me. I study with Bennett Wong and Jock Mckeen at the Haven Institute, Marjory Rand at the IBP Institute, Ida Rolf’s Body- Work training at the Guild for Structural Integration and completed a Master’s Degree in Therapeutic Counseling. I began to grasp that our bodies are a temple for our soul and spirit. I also expanded my awareness of others and myself. This gave me more consciousness about living directly with my energetic and creative expression. Still I was unsatisfied. Many of my deeper urgings and questions remained unanswered.
My urge to discover myself at a deeper level lead me to work with William Emerson studying pre and perinatal psychology, and Karlton Terry exploring Birth, Baby, and Embodiment trainings. By regressing back I learned how difficult it was for a prenate to enter this life and how I was impacted at a cellular level by what was passed on to me through my umbilical cord. I regressed back to conception and discovered that my earliest patterns came during "embodiment". Embodiment is when soul chooses parents and commits with the great Creator to once again journey through another lifetime. Everything I created, started when my mom’s egg and dad’s sperm did the dance of new life. In these early times my soul was fully alive and uncompromised by all that was to come in the way of physical, cultural and emotional impacts.
Birth, one of our most significant transitions leaves physical, emotional and physiological imprints. Imagine trying to push your fragile fetal skull through an opening of bone one inch smaller around than your head.
In the Intro to Birth workshop I teach, we create a birth tunnel. Each person is invited to go through to do research and to repattern the events. Participants discover impacts that shaped their life.
Exploring my pre and perinatal history has brought me in touch with my roots and the initiation into how I now am. My beginnings started from cellular reaction to my environment, not from thinking. It is this awareness that has fed my evolutionary path the most. In my growing awareness I found a deeper spiritual connection and a greater alignment with my higher self. This deep knowing from within has lead me to know where I began.

Patterns are illustrated over and over again in all things we witness and touch every day. Sacred geometric patterns seen in nature and in living things are precise patterns that follow mathematical equations. These precise patterns radiate a sense of oneness that speak to the more minute patterns in our bodies and in our energy fields.
The depths that geometric patterns reach into our being is sometimes hard to comprehend by the mind alone. When one sits and gazes at these geometric patterns, the mind enters a meditative state, slowing down the everyday thoughts that pass by. The mind merging with the heart and spirit, is at rest and the vibration of the precise and calculated pattern sinks into our bodies realigning the codes within our cellular structure. This is a process that we may not entirely understand, however after spending time with sacred geometry we are somehow changed, we are opened, we are ready for what lies ahead.
Sacred geometry like the stones in your pocket, the water that you drink, the plants that you eat and see, each emit a vibration of simple perfection that help balance and calm the mind and spirit.
In the beginning of creation on planet earth we too followed a geometric pattern. We started in the protection of our mothers womb as one cell, duplicating into two, then four... following an energetic template. This single cell became the foundation for all structures in the human body.
Geometric patterns that we can see in nature, like in a flower, or in a pine cone follow a template of creation stored inside their cells. They are astoundingly beautiful, the perfection repeating again and again, simple yet complex.
Sacred geometry recreated for us to experience like the labyrinth at SeaCloud are amazing tools to search into the deeper layers of ourselves and find the answers we are looking for.
Smaller pieces of sacred geometry you can hold in your hands, place on your walls, hold your special treasures in, and best of all take home reach a different level in our lives. They become a part of our everyday lives, resonating oneness and holding a pattern of stability for us.
The energetic vibration of sacred geometry are templates that can be used to heal the planet and ourselves. These patterns radiate out in all directions – in and outside of themselves.

Earlier civilizations, such as the Greeks, stressed the importance of design for achieving harmonious living. The approach to this design was called sacred geometry, examining the link between the human spirit and its physical environment. "The application of sacred geometry is like tuning a musical instrument so that it resonates at the right frequency to produce the required harmonious note. In the labyrinth designed according to sacred geometry, that frequency is healing energy that acts at the metaphysical level,"explains Liz Simpson in her book entitled The Magic of Labyrinths; Following Your Path, Finding Your Centre.
More easily illustrated as a sensation or experience, sacred geometry appears within nature, as formulas and ratios; as geometric design and symmetry. Our ancestors discovered that nature’s shapes follow certain arithmetical ratios, such as the Fibonacci series. Leonard Fibonacci (1170-1250 AD) discovered a strong tendency for natural occurrences to follow a particular numerical sequence, whether it concerns the breeding patterns of rabbits or the family trees of honeybees. Each number in the sequence is the sum of the previous two – 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21, 34...
As this sequence continues beyond 8 and 13, the pairings in the ratio are closer and closer to a number known as the Golden Mean. This is a ratio that is found in the growing patterns of plants. The Golden Mean is considered a ‘transcendental number’, a word that speaks to our sense of spiritual well-being, even enlightenment. The ancient Greeks and Egyptians followed this natural law of geometry and applied the Golden Ratio in the designs of their most important buildings, monuments and temples. Numerology, including the numbers 7 and 11, together with sacred geometry, helped these ancient peoples to construct buildings that reflected the natural laws governing patterns in nature. The pyramids, the Parthenon, the Taj Mahal or an Armenian church... all constructed with absolute attention paid to sacred geometry, the natural law of design.
Within the 11-circuit labyrinth, such as the one at SeaCloud in SaltAir, an invisible 13-point star radiates from the centre and lays out the design for the entire labyrinth, from placement of the lunations (on the outer edge) to the creation of the centre rosette. The number 13 likely comes from the Pythagorean ratios that were used to lay out Chartres Cathedral, where the 11-circuit labyrinth lies, as created in the 13th century. The number 13 is a prime number, only divisible by itself and 1; symbolic of 13 full moons in a year, the number of Christ (12 + 1) and it is worthy of note that a labyrinth walker within an 11-circuit labyrinth turns toward the centre 13 times.
The labyrinth is a sacred tool, a tool for inner personal wellness. There are layers upon layers of meaning in the ancient tool of the labyrinth and at the base of the design, providing the foundation, a 13-point star – sacred geometry.

We all live through the ups and downs of life, sometimes feeling lonely and frightened, but life can be much easier if we send just one call for help to the Angels.
Angels are always there to help us; they are by your side right now.
Since I started working with Angels I have witnessed many miracles, clients who have freed themselves from addictions, pain, sorrows and gained back their lives effortlessly just by releasing everything to Angels. You can do this too. Start today and take a moment to feel their loving presence and tell the Angels "I am willing to release any (fears, addictions, relationships, ect) to you Angels." Try it for a few days and watch what the Angels will do for you. They are just waiting for you to invite them into your life, but because of the law of free will they can not interfere in our lives unless we ask them to. So call upon the Angels, there is no such thing as "to small" or "to big" of a job for Angels. What is important to them is PEACE, so whatever brings you peace the Angels help you with. Anything from a parking spot to the perfect job or a soulmate relationship. Call upon the Angels often, they love to help you and they love your faith in them, because it is your faith that allows you to receive their help.
We all have Guardian Angels by our side at all times to help us. Everybody has them, we even have Specialty Angels that come into our lives depending on our needs at a particular time. For example, if you are going through relationship issues with love or romance, Angels will surround and guide you through these changes. There are also the powerful Archangels to call upon whenever you are in need. Angels are multidimensional, which means that they can be in more than one place at once, so don’t be afraid that you are taking them away from someone who needs them more. They can help us all at the same time. So feel free to talk to them at anytime. There is no specific way in which you need to call upon them, there is no need for ceremonies or spells, just saying "angels please help me" is enough. They love it when you talk to them, out loud, in your head or in writing. Just pour out your heart, your worries and your desires to them and have faith in them.
The word Angel means "Messenger of God" and being there to help you is their divine life mission. Here are the four main Archangels that you can call upon and what they can help you with.
Archangel Michael (He who is like God): Courage. Protection. Life Purpose. Space Clearing. Energy. Commitment. Worthiness.
Archangel Gabriel (God is my Strength): Children. Adoption. Writing. Artists. Nurturing.
Archangel Raphael (God Heals): Healing. Healers. Addictions. Cravings. Pets. Travel.
Archangel Uriel (God is Light): Spiritual Understanding. Problem Solving. Students.

"If you see your path laid out in front of you - Step One, Step Two, Step Three - you only know one thing... it is not your path. Your path is created in the moment of action. If you see it laid out in front of you, you can be sure it is someone else’s path. That is why you see it so clearly." - Joseph Campbell
The universe is an amazing thing. It always gives you what you need, when you need it. Not when we "think" we need it, but when the Higher aspect knows in its infinite wisdom and sees the greater picture of things. The above quote literally fell into my lap one day just when I was faced with a coaching client who was in a position of exploring their path, their purpose, their course in life, and unhappy with their current one.
So many of us are at that time right now of awakening - discovering that jobs are non-satisfactory, relationships aren’t working in the same fashion as they used to, and deciding to take the plunge into discovering just what is it that gets us going in the morning with smiles on our faces. It’s all about charting our life course. We then search for the THE purpose, or the ONE person, or the THING we were meant to do in our life. We try and follow other people’s footsteps as if we were at the mercy of somebody else’s magic wand of creation. Well, here’s my belief - we came to this Earth with a blueprint of unlimited potential - and how we choose to manifest that potential is ours to do while we are here. However, the catch is that we will never be able to see the manifested path in front of us clear as crystal. Why? Because we create it as we go along. We manifest our course through our own individual thoughts, words and actions minute by minute.
It’s like building a house. As the architect, you have to know your end results - in a sense. You want to build a house. But what kind of house? Well as you ponder all your possibilities, primarily based on your dreams, desires, passions, wants, you begin to outline what kind of house you want to your specifications - large, small, kitchen with an island, laundry room, a specific number of rooms, etc. And on and on. Then the architect begins to construct exactly what you put forward. Voila! A blueprint gets created. Then the building of it, fleshing it out on the inside ie. painting, decorating and finally – enjoying your creation!
Our life course is exactly like building the house. We are both the architect and the builder of our path of life. We create what we want, all along the way, and constantly. If we get to a point where we wonder how we get ‘stuck’ in that awful job, or bad relationship, the reality is that we had a hand in the way that ended up looking like. I asked someone the other day who was unhappy with their current financial and work situation to pin down what it was specifically that made them want to get out bed in the morning, feeling happy and full of joy. She said without skipping a beat, "Garage sales - I’ll do anything for a garage sale. That would always get me out of bed, even at 5:30 a.m." That seed of an idea, stemming out of pure happiness within her heart, led her to launch a great and profitable internet business merely two months later, selling fine jewelery and antiques. In the process, this person became aware that her path was in her hands and creating it as she went along was in her power. And she found it inside of herself. So in short, figuring out how to chart the course and every minute aspect of it rests within you.
So why would you even want to follow someone else’s footsteps when you can create your own and bring your unique gifts outward into this world. Because hey, after all, that is really why we are all here anyway.

Phyto = "Light" Plankton = "Floating/Suspended"
Scientists at NASA theorize that some 3 1/2 billion years ago, the world was changed forever. The appearance of tiny organisms with the ability to convert sunlight, warmth, water and minerals into protein, carbohydrates, vitamins and amino acids marked the beginning of life. Phytoplankton, the single-cell plants are the basis of all other life forms on planet earth, they are the ‘vegetation’ of the ocean. Phytoplankton are responsible for making up to 90% of Earth’s oxygen.
Phytoplankton are the food utilized by the world’s largest and longest living animals and fish. Blue whales, bowhead whales, baleen whales, gray whales, humpbacks, and right whales all eat plankton. These species live between 80 and 150 years old and maintain great strength and endurance throughout their lives. The largest fish, a plankton eating whale shark, lives for over 150 years, grows up to 14 meters long, weighs up to 15 tons, and is sexually active until it dies.
The Benefits of Phytoplankton - The elements and electrolytes in plankton are almost tailor-made for the human body. It’s no coincidence that the composition of human plasma is similar to that of seawater. Phytoplankton contains a wide range of trace elements, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll, enzymes and cellular materials. These nutrients promote and maintain optimum health by boosting and supporting all systems within the human body. Over-reliance on land-based food sources often leads to deficiencies in micronutrients and trace elements. Our bodies need these elements to perform as nature intended. Left to its own devices, the human body has a marvelous system called homeostasis which keeps all systems in balance. Take away some critical component and the body experiences malfunctions that cause suboptimal performance. Too many malfunctions cause disease.
Phytoplankton, comprises hundreds of species of photosynthetic, unicellular organisms. Temperate coastal waters, such as those along parts of our Vancouver Island, are highly productive and support a diverse array of microalgal species including the primary producers call diatoms. Every spring, when conditions of light, nutrients, and mixing are optimal for growth, diatoms grow rapidly during an event known as the "spring bloom".
Phytoplankton has been under the watchful eye of scientists for years. After millions of dollars and many years of research a major breakthrough occured on Vancouver Island allowing spring bloom to be naturally grown and harvested on land without damaging the environment. In fact, more phytoplankton is returned to the ocean than the original sea water that brought it in.
With patent pending technology, spring bloom conditions are now reproduced in a controlled environment. Plus, an exclusive extraction process allows for the combination of the benefits of phytonutrients with a natural and balanced composition of sea minerals. (Phytonutrients are natural plant-based chemicals that promote proper metabolic functions.)
Phytonutrients appear to exhibit potentially promising ‘supportive’ effects in human physiology in the following supporting ways.
As we all know, it is our own responsibility to heal ourselves, and Mother Nature’s bountiful gifts can assist us with this journey. Just as a good friend arrives to offer loving support and encouragement, boosting us up when we are feeling drained and discouraged, Phytoplankton seems to be capable of assisting us at a cellular level. Once it is introduced into the body, plankton appears to take stock of your general condition and offers healing resources it didn’t have before.
In our next issue we will share with you an amazing story on Tom Parker(the man responisble for harvesting phytoplankton) and how his very rare form of cancer and his need for insulin became virtually non-existant. We would like to thank Tom for his dedication and persistence in protecting and giving back to the environment and for sharing this gift with the world.
At ONE magazine we rarely get excited about a new product on the market. However, this is such amazing news we have to share it. To learn more about Phytoplankton and all it offers please visit www.forevergreen.myvoffice.com/1674 or join us at the Coast Bastion Sept. 10 at 1-3 pm in Nanaimo.
A person with no previous exposure to the Mayan Calendar may be surprised that many people today take an interest in such an ancient calendar. Why would the world today need another calendar other than the Gregorian or Muslim calendar that are currently in use, and why the Mayan Calendar? The Mayan Calendar is something profoundly different than just a system to mark off the passage of time. Mayan cities have been among the largest in the world, and in the past developed advanced mathematics and astronomy. The Native American survivors were, and are, the carriers of a significant and irreplaceable part of the global human consciousness.
This calendar is unique among the calendars of the world in being a non-astronomically based calendar. Rather than being based on the physical movements of the earth, sun and planets, it charts the changing spiritual energies of cosmic evolution. Unlike the world’s many astrological systems, the Mayan calendar is not based on the Earth’s precessions or positions of the stars. It is however, the only calendar that is proven to be prophetic and the predictions made from it are repeatedly verified.
The Mayan Calendar provides an exact schedule for the Cosmic Plan and the unfolding of all things that come into existence. There is now ample empirical evidence for the relevence of this schedule that shines new light on the age old questions of mankind. Things do exist for a reason. The reason is that they fit into the divine cosmic plan.
We can learn about how the Mayan perceived the progressions of Heaven and the Underworld and their effects on human consciousness. Our consciousness frames all of our thoughts and actions, in this age and any other. The Mayan Calendar is not predicting the end of the world in 2012 but the start of a new era; the Golden Age.

A Mayan Priest and Elder is coming to Vancouver Island in March 2006 to hold a 3 day workshop-with 1 day options, plus personal readings. Some of the topics to be covered will be the Mayan Calendar, the Mayan numbers, the Mayan alphabet, and the Spirit Guide related to the day of your birth. A Fire Ceremony is being planned for the final day.
The Didjeridu (Yidaki) is a wind instrument of the Aborigines indigenous to Australia that have been around for 60,000 years (approx). Known by more than one name and spelling, the instrument has a unique sound, with a deep vibration. Traditionally, indigenous people would go into the Australian Outback and search for an appropriate eucalyptus tree that had been sufficiently hollowed out by termites. This was a process held in great reverence and respect for the Earth. Didjeridus Today are also made from other trees and materials.
My experience with the Didjeridu put its healing properties in perspective for me. I had been in bed fevering and suffering from cold/flu type symptoms for a week. My Didjeridu instructor arrived for my scheduled lesson and I said, "I don’t think I can play today, would you mind doing a healing for me instead?" Immediately afterwards I mowed the lawn, and then came in and cleaned the house. It was amazing. The sickness was gone and it didn’t return; I was completely healthy.
Initially I was drawn to the Didjeridu because I felt like the sound touched my soul. Now that I play the Didjeridu, I have discovered that it does in fact do just that. It takes me to the dreamtime. "Dreamtime" is a term that describes our connection to the Universal Consciousness; a place that is free of the limitations of social conditioning that come with our day-to-day lives and restricts our connection to the Divine. In dreamtime, our creative energy can flow freely and we can connect with Mother Earth in harmony, allowing us to follow our dreams and reconnect with our souls.
The Science of Quantum Physics has determined that the human body is actually 99.99% empty space filled with vibrating atoms. Literally, we are energy. It is no wonder then that an instrument such as the Didjeridu with its deep, low tone vibrations can facilitate in the healing process. Stuck atoms create pain. There are many ways that our energy can become stuck. The most important thing is that we "tune in" and notice so we can free them before they become diseases and disorders. If we keep our energy flowing freely, we can achieve complete health on all levels -physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually). It’s also important to remember to balance both western and alternative medicine in our healing process.
We all deserve to live healthy, fulfilling lives, which we can achieve with an open mind and willingness to change.

Communication lies at the heart of absolutely everything we do. Our entire life is communication. By the life we are leading, we are communicating something to the world around us. We are telling a story about our beliefs, our fears and ourselves. If your life was a movie what might it be called? What kind of film is it? Is it a comedy or a high drama? A love story or a horror film? Would it enthral you or bore you? Is it, as they say in Japan, a 4-handkerchief movie – in other words, a big tragedy? Or is it a happy, healing adventure?
When you look at your life from a slightly detached perspective, it’s much easier to see the type of ‘film’ you’re living in. In this scenario you are the screenwriter, the actors and the director. So guess what? If you don’t like the way your movie is going – you’re the one who can change the script and the direction it’s going.
Take the scenario that you are in a movie theatre and the film that you’re watching is the movie of your life. (In truth, that’s exactly what’s happening in every moment of every day! We are actually detached observers of our created ‘reality’.) If you don’t like the film, you don’t go down to the screen and try to move things around there. That wouldn’t work. That’s not the source of the movie – it’s just the reflection. The smart move is to go to the projection room and make changes in what’s running. You can start by taking out pieces or patterns that you don’t like and replacing them with happier stories.
A better plan yet, is to spend some time working on a re-write of the whole screenplay. You can start by setting in place some changes to the basic direction of the plot. Where is it heading if it carries on like this? Could you imagine a better, happier direction for it to go in? Write that into the script. Spend some time each day repeating your new goals and prayers. Your mind is incredibly powerful – far more powerful than you probably realise – and it reacts as it’s been programmed to do. When we change the script of our life, that’s what we’re doing, we’re re-programming the focus and direction of our mind.
To make more fundamental shifts to the life you’re living, go back to parts of the movie that have already run and change them. It doesn’t matter that they are past events – they still have an impact on your life now. In the same way as you’re rewriting the present and the future, you can also re-write the past. If you want a happy life there can be no bad guys in your film, and that includes you. Forgive yourself for everything you think you did wrong. It was all just a mistake and mistakes can be corrected. Forgiveness is the key. If you hold even one ‘bad guy’ in prison for something they did wrong, guess what, you have to stay there with them! ‘Do you prefer that you be right or happy?’ is how A Course In Miracles phrases the question. Let’s be happy - it’s so much more fun!
It is possible to change the world you see and to experience greater joy and fulfilment starting right this minute. Simply be willing to change the script you’ve been writing. Only you can do this.

"Let’s go hiking through alpine meadows", I suggested to my friend one day. Images of flowering fields in colorful bloom gently swaying through soft breezes, clean mountain air, singing songbirds, and expansive views of distant horizons beckoned me that particular day.
Laden with water, camera, binoculars and snack food off we went on our exciting adventure. I chattered happily in my seat on the 3-hour drive and once there I could barely contain my excitement. I was actually going to hike in alpine meadows that I had only seen in pictures.
Our first hurdle came in reading the map. Did the sign mean it was 2.2 km return or one-way to our first stop? "Let’s not worry about that now, let’s just go!" I piped in. So off we went walking through a little piece of heaven. We arrived at our first junction and second hurdle in map reading. Was it an additional 5.3 km to our next stop or did that include the 2.2 km we had already walked? What did that elevation sign mean? Just how high were we going to climb? "Why couldn’t they still put signs in feet and inches?" I quipped. We debated for some time before I finally convinced my friend to continue along the alpine path. After all, the first part of the hike was a charm, how much tougher could it possibly get? Besides at this point I hadn’t seen any indication of alpine meadows and that’s what I came for. Still filled with optimism and an abundance of energy we continued on.
When you’re always looking down to watch your step you don’t always see what is before you. What I did discover when I looked up was a big looming mountain where you had to scramble up roots, circumnavigate boulders and climb up hill after hill for hours. A marathon of endurance, I could have sworn I had just climbed Everest. Breathless, winded and worn out, we finally reached our destination. Once at the top we realized that we had indeed hiked 7.5 km only to then realize we had another 7.5 km back. As it was already mid-afternoon we knew we would now have to high tail it back to the parking lot if we were to reach it before dark. We allowed ourselves only a brief cursory stop at the breathtaking vista before us before plunging back into the forest again.
With dusk approaching fast we half walked half jogged our worn, weary bodies back to the car before total darkness descended upon us. Worried that I wouldn’t be able to walk for the next few days I suggested a steam treatment at my office. I wasn’t sure if it could really help but heck it couldn’t hurt us anymore than we were already hurting. Getting out of the car and into the office was a feat in itself as our muscles had seized and stiffened.
What transpired that night was truly extraordinary. Bathed in the soft, gentle, aromatic warmth that only a steam treatment can provide we hoped the steam would melt away our aches, pain and increasing stiffness. It did! I remember vividly getting off the table feeling absolutely no pain or discomfort. My body felt warm, supple and flexible. I was amazed and delighted. So was my friend. However, I figured the real test would come the next morning after a long night’s sleep. How amazing to discover we both awoke feeling renewed and replenished.
Why did the steam treatment work so well? It was able to release the lactic acid in our muscles that was responsible for our pain and stiffness.
A series of 20-minute steam treatments can powerfully assist your body in a deep cleansing detoxification program. By raising the body’s temperature it eliminates harmful bacteria, viruses and parasites, increases white blood cells boosting the immune system, increases circulation, releases clogged respiratory passages, reduces fat due to increased metabolism and hydrates the skin giving a youthful complexion. It is also an excellent antidote for stress and insomnia.
I am beginning a special 5 week detoxification program including 10 steam treatments, nutritional products, self-help care and daily exercise Cost $550. + GST Please call Linda at 250-716-2777.
SOOOO... life is such fun these days - wherever you find yourself living. We’ve caused a bit of a blitz of loving action with the new directory circulating around the Island. The side effect for me, in addition to having to spiff up my computer skills to get to press on time - is we’ve made some new friends!
Well that doesn’t mean we don’t still love the old ones. I might add, my very OLDEST (hee hee) pal Therese Young has retired! Actually I don’t believe a word of it - why she’s been a part of this EAGLEye from the first issue in 1993... How does a healer retire I ask you? I suspect it would be like telling an old cat to stop catching mice! I still plan on calling her anyway - did you know that reiki and other long distance practices can work on animals too? Yup, she’s saved my whiskers in the past a time or two and if it is true that she is retiring... well the pup and I want to THANK her for all she has done for our family of critters here at the nest over the years!
Now the NEWS of the moment is my buddy Bill from WAGS - telling me about raw food diets which I want to share with you. Not often the KING passes over the keyboard - so better read fast before I stretch out again!
Bacteria – Friend or Foe "When discussing raw food diets for companion animals, one of the main areas of interest is bacteria. E-Coli and Salmonella has been talked about for many years. Health Canada informed us over 10 years ago that a large percentage of meat contains either E-Coli or Salmonella. Recently we have learned that even vegetables can contain bacteria.
I am sure by now that most of us wash our vegetables, cook our meat and use proper hygienic practices when handling the meat in its raw form, with dishes washed in hot soapy water, and so on. But what about handling raw meat when it is the meal of choice for our firkins. Simply put, use the same hygienic practices when handling their food as you would with yours.
Unlike humans, domesticated carnivores just like their wild ancestors, have the ability to process or deal with bacteria in a way that humans cannot. Research, shows a dog on raw food has a PH Level 1, while a kibble fed dog has a PH Level 4-5. Most bacteria such as Salmonella and E-Coli can only survive at PH 3 or higher . In another research project, dogs were fed raw food over a six month period that tested positive for Salmonella or E-Coli. During that period their saliva and waste were tested for bacteria levels. Their saliva being very astringent never tested positive for either bacteria and only in the final week of testing did their waste produce minute amounts of bacteria. The researchers concluded that since their bodies naturally carry bacteria such as Salmonella and E-Coli, there is no guarantee that the bacteria in the waste was actually from the food.
Is it safe for raw fed dogs & cats to be giving us "welcome home" kisses? That’s up to you to determine. But their waste, should always be handled with caution regardless of what they eat. I have been the happy recipient of furkin kisses for over 15 raw fed years, and I am still here to tell about it.
Well that’s it - I’m really liking all this focus on Loving Kindness, SHARING etc. I think a good place to start is with MORE treats for the FURR-Leggeds!
Love and ALL good things, SceptreKing and the invisible crystal pup!
Cohousing has been called a return to the best of the small-town community, creating neighbourhoods that combine the autonomy of private dwellings with the advantages of shared resources and community living. Residents own their own home but share in the common areas. The shared facilities and physical design have proven to support and sustain community connection over time.
History of Cohousing? Cohousing concept began in Denmark 40 years ago. The first communities were designed to provide multi-generational housing for people seeking a safe and supportive living environment. Today there are 200 cohousing communities in Denmark alone with 10% of all new multifamily construction being cohousing. In North America there have been over 80 communities completed since 1991 and over 130 in various stages of development.
Does one own their own home? The method of ownership can vary, but it is most common to use the strata title ownership structure. In this model each household owns its own home together with a share of the common facilities.
Do cohousing groups have a religious or political affiliations? Generally this is not the case. The goal of most cohousers is to have a community which is diverse in age, background and family type that is sustainable both socially and environmentally. The emphasis is on quality of life. There is no social agenda beyond creating a friendly neighbourhood where people feel accepted and welcomed.
What is Pacific Gardens Cohousing Community?
Pacific Gardens Cohousing community is Nanaimo’s first cohousing project. PGCC has purchased 4.37 acres of land at 347 -7th Street in Nanaimo. The extensive green space includes natural flora and fauna, seasonal pond and heritage apple trees. The property is close to a park along the salmon bearing Chase River with wonderful views of Mount Benson. There will be 25 strata title units with 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom units that will accommodate families along with seniors and singles of all ages. The project is just completing the architectural design phase and construction is scheduled to begin in early 2006.
What are common facilities? At the centre of PGCC there were be a common house with an atrium and pedestrian walkway leading to all the units. This space is for all of the residences to enjoy. It will include a large kitchen adjacent to the dining/activity hall where residents may attend community meals. The plans include rooms such as craft rooms, teens and children’s playrooms, workshop and guest rooms for visitors. There will be a strong emphasis on organic gardening and making Pacific Gardens a green project by adhering closely to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Guidelines.
How are decisions made? Eight of the 25 units have been sold and the eight owners meet regularly to make consensus-based decisions on the construction and design of the project. This puts everyone on an equal footing and it is a powerful dynamic for building and sustaining community.
How does one get involved with PGCC? PGCC offers several avenues to get involved such as land tours, monthly pot luck dinners, and events on the land, orientation sessions and community activities. We also go on tours of other cohousing projects in British Columbia.
For more information about cohousing you may check out our website www.pacificgardens.ca, drop by the office at Port Place Mall or call Valerie Mumford, Sales & Marketing Director at (250) 754-3060.

Tarot cards are a wondrous tool to use as a guide to explore the inner self, our motivations, our barriers and our destined path. It has been known as a tool for divination, foretelling the future, although it is much more than that.
The system of Tarot is a mystical source of information that helps reflect where we are in our spiritual growth. It assists us in self exploration by using archetypal symbols that illustrate the human condition in all its facets; spiritual, mental, physical and emotional.
Tarot cards provide a snapshot of where we are at within ourselves and in our physical world. We can read for ourselves or consult an experienced intuitive reader to interpret a reading. Intuition is key in using the Tarot; it is a gift that we all share.
An intuitive sense can be developed and strengthened in all of us, to promote trust and confidence within ourselves. Tarot awakens valuable knowledge on a soul level.
Tarot in its current form of 78 cards, has been in existence since the early 1300’s in Europe. It is believed by many scholars, that the Tarot originated in Egypt centuries earlier and was revered as the Book of Knowledge. Originally, only the 22 Major Arcana (mystery) cards were used. It is believed that in the great library of Alexandria in Egypt, there existed scrolls containing all of the wisdom of the ancient world.
The archetypal symbols on the Tarot cards are said to contain these secret teachings, which represent a course in personal development. The esoteric wisdom is hidden in the illustrations.
The teachings of the Tarot were interpreted by seers and individuals that held the position of spiritual leadership. Gypsies, considered a slang form of "Egyptian", are said to have carried the cards to Europe and Tarot took hold in Eastern Europe, Italy and France.
Many of the readers of the time were women, who in their intuitive wisdom offered advise and counsel to their fellow country folk. It was eventually met with strong opposition by the church and Tarot card reading was forced into hiding.
Tarot returned in the late 1800’s with a fervour, due to Western Europe’s fascination in metaphysical arts and gained further popularity in the 1970’s. It also has its place in modern day psychology as a useful therapeutic tool.
Today, a tarot reading is an enlightening opportunity to explore ones’ inner voice and knowledge. A reading can assist us in identifying blocks and gain objective insight so that we can make healthy choices for ourselves and to keep us on a harmonious life path.

Many people have been celebrating the key role this Island of ours is playing in producing health products and all sorts of enlightened goods and services. There is certainly no doubt there is a generous energetic spirit here always willing to assist us once we make a commitment to ourselves to rise up and get started. It is fascinating in fact, from our perspective here at ONE headquarters, to see just how many people are out there doing just that. New people appear to be popping up from all directions... it could be a positive epidemic?
Perhaps, but not likely. It is more the result of timing. The truth is, you are more apt to find that someone who you think ‘suddenly’ appears when the time is right, when in actual fact they have been working hard at it for years. Collecting data, testing, befriending ‘trial and error’ no doubt they were there all along in the background - doing their homework!
That brings us to introduce another Island Treasure, Thera Sounds Inc. a new company, incorporated in 2003 and located in Brentwood Bay. Thera Sounds is dedicated to providing quality products to individuals on the path of self-knowledge and unfoldment. They are also devoted to the health and empowerment of each individual and to the general well-being and uplifting of humanity. That all wraps itself into a neat little package sometimes known as PEACE.
As you might guess by their name - Sound is their forte - or better put - vibration! The Ancients knew vibration created in a room by the voice could affect the human mind, body and spirit. With this in mind, in 2002 they started developing a CD "Awakening the Chakras, The Power of Om" which used the human voice to stimulate and harmonize the seven major chakras and became a very powerful tool for daily use.
Inspired to push the limits further, they embarked upon an ambitious program of developing eight self-help workshop CDs entitled the "Journey into Self Series". The series consists of intensive exercises for the development of particular attributes using relaxation, contemplation, visualization and meditation. Using sound and colour therapy techniques, the listener is induced into these various states to help accomplish certain goals. These are perfect for people who just can’t get out to a ‘live’ workshop but really want to partake of that peaceful, productive and mysterious power of the mind that can be accessed safely with a personal facilitator. Creating patterns within patterns - Fascinating!
The first three in this series, appropriately entitled: "Earth – The Awakening Quest", "Water – The Quest for Joy" and "Fire – The Quest for True Self" are now completed and ready to go for a ride in Santa’s sleigh!

This story is one of our ‘email favorites’ and it has a thought provoking message no matter what you believe. When it comes to what we believe, bear in mind that the word God should be replaced by whatever higher power or inspiration you believe in.
The university professor challenged his students with this question. Did God create everything that exists?
A student bravely replied, "Yes, He did!"
"God created everything?" the professor asked.
"Yes sir," the student replied.
The professor answered, "If God created everything, then God created evil since evil exists, and according to the principal that our works define who we are, then God is evil."
The student became quiet before such an answer.
The professor was quite pleased with himself and boasted to the students that he had proven once more that the Christian faith was a myth.
Another student raised his hand and said, "Can I ask you a question, professor?" "Of course," replied the professor.
The student stood up and asked, "Professor, does cold exist?"
"What kind of questions is this? Of course it exists. Have you never been cold?"
The students snickered at the young man's question. The young man replied, "In fact sir, cold does not exist."
According to the laws of physics, what we consider cold is in reality, the absence of heat. Everybody and every object is susceptible to study when it has or transmits energy, and heat is what makes a body or matter have or transmit energy. Absolute zero (-460 degrees F) is the total absence of heat; all matter becomes inert and incapable of reaction at that temperature. Cold does not exist. We have created this word to describe how we feel if we have too little heat.
The student continued, "Professor, does darkness exist?" The professor responded, "Of course it does."
The student replied, "Once again you are wrong, sir, darkness does not exist either. Darkness is in reality the absence of light. Light we can study, but not darkness. In fact, we can use Newton's prism to break white light into many colors and study the various wavelengths of each colour. You cannot measure darkness. A simple ray of light can break into a world of darkness and illuminate it. How can you know how dark a certain space is? You measure the amount of light present. Isn't this correct? Darkness is a term used by man to describe what happens when there is no light present."
Finally the young man asked the professor, "Sir, does evil exist?"
Now uncertain, the professor responded, "Of course as I have already said. We see it every day. It is in the daily example of man's inhumanity to man. It is in the multitude of crime and violence everywhere in the world. These manifestations are nothing else but evil."
To this the student replied, "Evil does not exist sir, or at least it does not exist unto itself. Evil is simply the absence of God. It is just like darkness and cold, a word that man has created to describe the absence of God. God did not create evil. Evil is not like faith, or love, that exist just as does light and heat. Evil is the result of what happens when man does not have God's love present in his heart. It's like the cold that comes when there is no heat or the darkness that comes when there is no light."
The professor sat down.
The young man's name - Albert Einstein
Often people wonder about the expression soul loss, is it really possible for someone to lose part of their soul? It is a term used in Shamanism when someone becomes disconnected with a part of them or they simply don’t feel like themselves.
Many of us have experienced some kind of trauma in our life from an accident, a break up in a relationship, sexual or other forms of abuse or the loss of a loved one. Sometimes the experience at that time may have been too overwhelming to deal with, therefore a part of ourselves goes missing or simply leaves in order for us to carry on with our life. When this happens it may leave us feeling empty or like there is a big void inside of us.
Some people who have experienced soul loss have defined it as a feeling of being spaced out or not being able to focus. Others would say that they just feel lifeless, powerless or that they haven’t been the same since the incident. Other symptoms may include depression, feeling angry or irritable, heightened emotions or how others would view them as being out of their normal character.
One different situation where soul loss had occurred was someone who had a very beautiful and deeply moving experience that had changed her life in every way both physically and spiritually. She described this experience as a ‘fairy tale’. For many years she carried this with her, holding onto the past, a place where she had visited that became sacred to her. What she didn’t realize was that a huge piece of herself was still hanging around there, not knowing that this was holding her back from achieving what she wanted in her life and prevented her from moving forward.
In this particular situation, after many years, she decided to return back to the land where it had all begun. In order to heal she knew that a soul retrieval was required.
It was an important part of her healing to re- visit the sacred place once again. Although difficult, she was finally able to let go of the past, accepting the changes in her life and feeling much wiser for it. A huge part of her had finally returned with great relief. She was now ready to embrace the future.
Another example is when something happened to you as a child that may have been too frightening for you to deal with. You may not even be aware that you have been carrying the fear with you for all these years. I once carried out a soul retrieval for a friend who had experienced a bee sting when she was very young. The situation had been so terrifying for her that a little piece or soul part had been left behind. I was able to perform a soul retrieval to bring the missing part back. This had helped her to embrace the fear enabling her to feel complete.
A Shamanic practitioner who has been trained can perform a soul retrieval for someone who is ready to receive one. Through the guidance of their spirit helpers they take a journey, first to locate the missing soul part, then once found returned back to the person enabling them to feel whole again.
After having a soul retrieval you need to allow some time for yourself to welcome back that part of you that has returned. You may find that you are very tearful afterwards but this is normal and will soon pass.
If you have unfinished business, you need to go back to the point of origin, where the soul loss happened, recapture that essence to bring the fullness of yourself back into your life.
Most of us are trying to find peace, balance and harmony in our world. In my opinion, we must first begin with ourselves. Once we feel complete and whole and find that peace inside then we are ready to fulfil our life’s mission, our purpose, or reach the goals that we are trying to achieve. There will no longer be that void inside of us, instead we will feel love, joy, and fulfilment. After all, isn’t that why we are here?

Working with a drum connects your Spirit to a level of unity with the divine source and your own soul. The drumming is a vibrational medicine that energetically balances your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual body. Working with the aura through sound is the key to healing the body, mind and spirit. It gently re-balances your chakras within, while the vibration heals and balances the major chakras 9, 10, 11, 12 outside the physical body. In my culture it is important to have the connection with our physical body and our spiritual body. This is how we tap into the higher frequencies, which allows us to heal and release blockages that cause destructive behaviors, such as: frustration, chronic illness and depression.
There are two drums we heal with. One is the natural hide of a deer, moose, horse etc. The other is synthetic. I have found students to have issues with respect to how the animal was killed for the use of the drum, so they would rather use the synthetic alternative - which has an equally powerful healing affect.
In our culture we honor every part of the animal we hunt, eating the meat, using the hides for many ceremonial instruments and clothing. We pray and thank the animal for the life it has given and with prayer we join in its journey of spirit to the spirit world.
I agree with questioning how the skins were processed at death and time of creating the drums, and the growing number of drumming students making it impossible for us to keep up with the demand for natural hide drums. There are an abundance of hides out there...the concern is...how were they processed?
One benefit of a synthetic drum is you never have to heat it up before you use it for a journey or healing. It also has a softer vibration, which can create a soothing flow of acceptance during the healing time. When we drum for healing, the drum is 8 inches away from the body. If using the natural hide drums, you must heat them in order to create the customary clear vibrational sound required for healing purposes.
Drumming is a powerful tool that can teach you how to call in spirits of all directions and all healing forces, creating a sacred space for healing. A good teacher will show you how to use this tool with integrity and guide you through a journey of love and respect for yourself and ALL of creation.
Cheryl Dawn invites you to bring your drum & participate in a workshop. Whether natural or synthetic the drums will be blessed and you will be attuned to your own drum during the course. You may also purchase drums for yourself or as gifts without attending a workshop. Call 250-652-5849
Dearly Beloved - What a marvelous time in the Universe of the all and what outrageous accomplishments you are creating. Did you hear those words... "YOU" are CREATING. Your friends in high places are most grateful that you have chosen to dedicate yourself to the raising of vibrations for the good of all. You know that planet earth is a critical piece of the universal puzzle, as you are in its reconstruction.
Today we remind you of the beautiful balance in your new energetic system. It has been our observation that many of you are losing a bit of your faith and gently caving in to the reports of your mass media that doom and gloom are upon you and you are helpless. In truth it is the opposite, you are better, brighter and lighter than you have ever been. There is a force of good so outrageous - moving with such a gentle momentum, and as you each hold your own crystalline self as stable as you are able - it is clear, that nothing can stop it now. There are SO MANY of you awake on the planet, that from a higher vantage point the increase in light is truly significant. Note we said ‘as clear as you are able’ for this is the foundation time and you are not expected to be perfect - neither is it appropriate! Doing your BEST is all that is required of you. Every instance you cloud over and then recover is a positive leap forward.
However, we understand that the beautiful shadow energy is playing tricks to try and keep you in the dark so to speak (that is our bit of humour). They are doing so by playing with your logical minds on the topic of balance.
Many of you are now convinced that Light and Dark must always be equal on the scales. You believe that the lighter you get then it follows that the darker the shadows become. Therefore, there is no hope for transformation. This scenerio plays perfectly with the logical mind and the OLD energetic system. Some of you pray for an end to what you believe is evil and begin to dim your light thinking it will lessen theirs. This is not the only way!
We come today to remind you that YOU have created a NEW system and have begun building the foundation of it moment by moment every day. It is a reality that builds itself on the positive - celebrating your triumphs over the old patterns and joyous that every time you slip backwards you are brilliant enough to notice and jump back up again.
CONSIDER this Possibility!
We encourage you to continue living in a spirit of love and so we show you a new model for the Balance. Picture #1 above is the old way of light and dark in balance. Here # 2 shows the dark equation lightening up, just by a fraction and # 3 illustrates the gift of your love empowering the beautiful heart within every creature on earth, even if it is not initially obvious. #4 shows what would happen if you tried to push those who are not like you, away. Your rejection throws the equation out of sync. The true transformers KNOW everyone is important and like the good shepherd will never give up on even one lost lamb. The lost can become the brightest stars in the heavens.
The scales in the new way are based on position/numbers/weight, call it what you will in your terminology but it has nothing to do with light & dark. We would call it a vibrational balance. When you share the love that you are and another receives it, they also resonate with the higher vibration as shown in #3.
Now you are no longer chained to one position and can cleverly do a little dance and swap sides if that is what it takes. Once the shadows begin to understand that the world as they know it does not have to topple over in order for all to be successful - their focus will begin to change - peace will become the order of the day as hatred, disease etc are consumed by loving kindness, sacred power, abundance and good health for all. There are many new discoveries arising now, indeed to assist you in putting this plan into reality. It is very exciting and the effect of what you do is already making miracles happen within and around you. So it is we ask you to be joyous. SEE the final outcome as you wish to create it. Manifest a new plan for yourself now and set to making it happen. People and situations will come forth to assist you but nothing moves if you do not mastermind a new map for yourself.
# 5 is the eventual final reality. This will show you why no one needs to be left behind - as the power of light increases there is no need to remove anybody. See the scales getting lighter and more peaceful everyday - When enough of you resonate such it WILL BE so. Blessings of great love.
from The Grand Council of Light.
