The first thing you may have no- ticed about this new year when it arrived is it definitely IS an instigator for change. The first thingyouwillsurely have noticed about this special 2012 editon of ONE is the 'instiga- tor' has found its way into our purple ink and transformed it to pink! Holy smoke from the Peace Pipe! What would have inspired us to do such a thing?
There are ever so many reasons, but here is the condensed version. It's the dawning of a new era - Love of the Dove. How could we not transform this issue to reflect the gentle emergence of something so special that it defies definition. We wanted you to experi- ence first-hand the ability each of us has (in our own way) to change things quickly. We wanted to inspire you to be brave enough to make decisions that we know not everyone may like - but every cell in your body tells you you need to do it - and so - you step up, willing to take some heat in order to follow what you believe is the right decision. And the list could go on, but in the final analysis it is really all about you experiencing the pink ray that is emblazoned on these pages before you.
Hopefully, as you contemplate these pink pages, a loving calmness will gradually begin to overtake you. So we invite you to explore with us, the beauty and anticipation of experiencing something
unknown for the first time.
This year of the Dove has people telling us they have found a new inner resolve, a compelling desire to be friends with themselves again. Some say that for the first time they are content to have less and pleased to not have the responsibility of looking after 'stuff'. Others speak about the power of intention - manifesting things in the blink of an eye. We also observe a prevailing stillness in the air - the feeling of 'a sacred place' nudging many to take some time out for themselves, to re-align and center
what is important in their current world.
And so we invite you to turn these pages and discover inspiring words and meet some people who very well may have access to some resources you are looking for. This is definitely an era where we are better together.
As for us, here at the nest, we are going to practice what we preach...and take the next issue off. So keep this copy, we predict that every time you open it, you will find some- thing new...and we'll see you in September!

Cookin' It Up Together: Peace Soup
How befitting an ex Home Economist to get an understanding of the planet's vibrational sta- tus in the analogy of a simmering pot of soup! I have come to see that at any given moment we are all adding our individual ingredients, our energetic contribu- tions to the huge meld- ing pot that we call... Home on Planet Earth. The sensory data of the created melange is a tangible ex- pression of colour, sound, scent, tex- ture, temperature, light and feeling tone. It is a direct reflection of where we are at, individually...moment to moment. The SHIFT for which we prepare is a huge celebratory affair but WE have to bring ourselves to the banquet table. It is an inside job: our personal 'inner terrain', our 'work station'. The end product is a collective creative concoction, and though we have a lot of assistants, WE are the cooks! The concept which I present to you is not a recent insight but a gift that has been given as a childhood memory. I'll share.
Once when asked by my sisters and me, "Mama, what's for dinner?" She replied, "La Soupe aux Roches". "What's that?" we asked in unison. My mother went on to tell the tale of a woman with a large family in dif- ficult times who would go door to door in their small community, knocking and asking each housewife by name, "Oh Madame LeBlanc, I'm making La Soupe aux Roches tonight and I haven't got an onion. Would you have one to spare?" Then to the next, "Ma- dame Dufort, could I please borrow a potato for my Soupe aux Roches?", and so on until she had all the ingredients she needed to feed her hungry children. Sometimes the women gave in joyful benevolence. Sometimes it was given begrudgingly, for others were in lack and also had their own difficulties. At times she would get a little bread to go along with the soup, yet other times the offering was nothing but spoiled vegetables that were
unable to be used. The soups reflected these offerings in-kind, sometimes deliciously filled with hearty nurtur- ance, other times thin and lacking in sustenance, satisfaction or flavour.... the end product a reflection of how the community was doing!
Back to the present moment. NOW... there's a knock at your door! Gather up the best of what YOU have to offer the global, universal community. Help to create the best soup ever!

A Gentle Year of No Blame
All of us are so liable to human error that unless we have some capacity to bear
with the errors of others, and they with ours, we will not be able to maintain a lasting relationship with anybody. Eknath Easwaren
As I grow older, and have reached the sweet year of 65, I am convinced that for the world to have more peace requires all of us to be kinder, gentler and less judgemental with ourselves and with others. I suspect we are more idealistic and less tolerant at younger ages and with the gift of aging, we have the opportunity (should we choose to use it) to become more open and tender about the human condition we are part of.
I have never met a family or com- munity of any kind, who has not faced a myriad of interpersonal challenges. Everything from attempting to live in harmony with others under the same roof, to heartbreaking disappointments with ourselves and those we have loved and sometimes lost. A million things can go wrong and some of them do. It is in the nature of being alive. But what really causes the problem is often not the event itself but the stories we make up about the event. The blaming. The labelling. The justification.
I love the teaching of Pema Chodron, when she talks about the "tragic yet
comic drama that we buy into when we blame and justify, both ourselves and others" and "if we would pay attention to that, we would eventually notice the silliness and maybe even develop some wisdom and humour too."
But how would we communicate if we no longer blamed or complained or justified? What would we talk about? Would we be doormats? Would we be perceived as aloof from the cares of the world? There is no law here but there is a spirit, a mystery perhaps, that we can catch a glimpse of when we pause and notice, especially when we don't jump to conclusions.
When we learn to live fully with uncertainty and misunderstanding and choose not to deliberately add more pain to the world we may just recognize that "that man is you." We still must say "no" when necessary but no need to demonize or justify, knowing full well that each person is far more complex than this label I am slapping on them right now.
Perhaps this is the year for forgiveness, but as Anne Lamott says, "best not to start with Hitler." Start closer to home with those who are more forgivable, like the ones you are living with. And, most importantly, when you start down the gentle "no blame" way, make sure you include yourself in that sea of compassion.
We all are carrying heavy burdens of one kind or another. Do the best you can and let the rest go. "Start where you are," as Pema, my favourite teacher always says, perhaps with a generosity of spirit and a gentle humour. Offer- ing that to the world in 2012 may be enough. May we all live fully.

TIME - One of the Great Treasures of 2012
Just how long ago was that?
And so it is...any story could now begin.
Thus the elusive concept of TIME pops up like a 3 year old in a toy store - the 2012 toy store that is.
So what IS the story behind this new year of 2012? Although still in the early stages, it appears that there are a lot of very concrete signs that 2012 is going to be a most amazing TIME.
I've been in love with the dictionary since I was a small child...so let's see what it has to say about TIME.
NOUN: The indefinite continued progress of exis- tence and events in the past, present, and future regarded as a whole. VERB: Plan, schedule, or arrange when (something) should happen or be done: "the first race is timed for 11:15".
There seems to be an illusion as to the number of hours in any given day. I can now get ten times the work done that normally would have taken forever. The next obvious thing about 2012 is this year came out of the starting gate at warp speed on the back of a dragon.
Many people I know are already saying ,"Wow...you won't believe what just happened!" And what comes out of their mouths is all good for a change. It feels like a mini-miracle just happened. Or another "WOW". I barely had this thought and the answer appeared in the blink of an eye."
It appears that the predictions are proving to be true - if we really focus with intention on our goals/dreams, that 'magnetic attraction Genie of the Universe' seems to rise out of the smoky bottle to help us make our dreams come true.
In this new year it is already obvious we need to really focus on what we want
to do with our life. It is time to put our decision making process in place and
really get clear on what we want to do, to create, to enjoy, to
play, to... and our list goes on.
It really comes down to the reality that we have no time to waste. Eleven precious months left at our disposal. How do you want to spend yours?
I am aware of my natural inclination to procrastinate. I need to get going today, right now. It is my time to be in charge.
Who really is in charge of my time? The sages tell us the Mayans are...the beautiful Mayans who have shared their amazing wisdom with us and also generated much of the excitement about 2012 in the first place. But today, whether the Mayans are recognized as the 'Keepers of Time' or not, we absolutely must take charge and be the watcher of time in our personal worlds.
We watch where the hands on the pendulum are...quietly resting in this moment, or that moment, or any given moment. We all have the same amount of time in any 24-hour day. How we decide to make overall sense of the hours in our day, and which way we influence the pendulum to swing is up to us.
I believe another gift 2012 brings us is our ability to share and co-create together and actually maximize the hours and minutes that we have; com- pressing time and doing more by the very nature of our cooperation. YES these are the times we've been waiting for...and WE ARE THE ONES!

FIFTH Dimensional Healing for 2012
2012 HAS ARRIVED and it IS time to focus our attention on higher realms!
These words bring forth many thoughts and visions, but one that will be common to many is the thought of the Fifth dimension. Some simply refer to it as The Shift. But call it what you will, this Shift to the Fifth Dimension requires some subtle and not so subtle changes. It requires that we embrace the Oneness of Soul and Body.
Ancient mystical wisdom teaches that when the amount of "light" present is too big for our body, we'll experience physical, emotional and circumstantial symptoms. In addition it is predicted that all 'stuffed down' issues are coming up, there is simply no room within for old clutter that does not serve us in the new way. It is actually a good thing, although in the 'moment of the experience', we sometimes wonder! Many are unaware of the true underlying reason for all of this - it is the preparation for the Shift. In that light, we can see it is of great importance to us. We have to expand, and to be able to expand we have to be on a very high vibrational level.
How do we achieve this state? Fifth Dimensional Healing will be of great help. Just in time, or should I say Divine timing? We have a new form of healing on the planet utilizing additional energy, the frequencies of light and information. The Quantum physicists were totally surprised to discover that this healing goes beyond the 4th dimension.
This Fifth Dimensional healing, known as Recon- nective Healing®, is healing body, mind, soul, spirit and more. Therefore it goes beyond the limitations of the 3rd dimensional energy healing that we are accustomed to.
This Shift might occur instantly, caused by very high frequencies coming from the sun. More and more solar flares are evident now as they are preparing our bodies for this evolutionary step into higher dimensional beings.
Our cells have to be resonating a high vibration. The slower the vibrations of our cells, the more problems we'll experience during this time. When we reconnect with the infinite wisdom of light and information, we reach a much higher vibration and do not need protection.

Powered by Love . . . . . .
Love is in the air, love is all around, I will always love you, can't stop loving you, all you need is love, a groovy kind of love, all for love, burning love! So many songs and poems and stories and movies about love. Many believe it is the most powerful emotion people will experience. It is one of the reasons we come down here into a physical body, to experience love, in all its forms...physical, emotional, spiritual and more. We are driven by love, motivated by love, heightened by love, saddened by the loss of love, frightened by not finding love, and yet in the end, all yearning for love. Such a powerful emotional experience!
What if everything you are and everything you create, could be powered by love? What if all that you are, to your very core, was fuelled by this powerful emotion of love? What if you had only experienced 1/10 or 1/100 of the real power of love in all its grace and glory and light?
Each one of us has spent so much time and effort looking for love, feeling either filled or empty due to the amount of love given or received. Yet the most powerful, the most precious, the most perfect love is available to us, to every one of us at any time. This is the Divine Love of Self, the love of the Divine. We have forgotten, or feared, the power of our own love of Self, the power of healing and manifestation when we focus our love inwards, towards Self. Maybe you have never really experienced the Love of the Divine, the love of Self. And yes, I use them interchangeably, for if you love yourself, you love the Divine. If you love the Divine, you must love yourself as you are the mirror.
Our inner stories, our wounds, the pain body of planet Earth, all tell us we are not good enough. They say we don't deserve the love of the Divine, that Self love is egotistical, that the Divine could never really love us if they knew who we really were. These are all
FALSE beliefs! These are the stories that hold us down, that prevent us from leaping into our magnificence and fully embracing the Divine within ourselves.
You are LOVE. You are magnificent. You are a power- ful creator-being. You deserve Love. Your divine right is to be abundant, healthy and happy. You are perfect. You are a child of God and are created in the image of the Divine. Love and happiness are your natural state of being. Joy, peace, contentment and neutrality are all at the core of your heart and beingness.
The Power of Love is available to each of us. We find it by deepening and expanding our connection to Self and to the Divine. As we trust and sink into love, to our heart space, to the void, to All That Is, we experience more and more layers of Love. With each layer of love we discover, the power of Love deepens. We grow, we expand, we become more of who we are. We move forward to our unlimited potential, graciously creating more Love for ourselves and able to share more Love with others around us.
So, many of the song lyrics are correct..."all you need is Love" "Love is in the air" "all for Love". Allow Love to be your guiding light. Allow Love to be your compass. Allow Love to be your power. Allow LOVE to be who you are.

A Spiritual Bath Ceremony
Although our North American culture tends to encour- age us to be very conscious about keeping our physical bodies clean, there is little or no attention paid to our 'other' bodies. While water flows and rainbow bubbles surround us from the time we are small children, the other integral part of ourselves is generally neglected. I am speaking of our spiritual body. I believe you will discover that when that aspect of yourself also feels clean and refreshed, you will feel like a whole new person.
Everyone knows how to jump in the tub and scrub... but few understand how to proceed with a spiritual bath. Here is a starting point.
First find a sacred space; ocean, cold lake, river, or water fountain by which to hold your ceremony. Then with your intent to cleanse the Spirit and Soul:
- acknowledge and honour with gratitude the Creator (God/dess, Great Spirit, whoever your source is) and the healing forces of the Universe.
- express appreciation, gratitude and honour for your bodies (physical and light) to be spiritually bathed in the cleansing waters.
- give gratitude to Mother Earth for her nurturing, loving soil that embodies our waters, for the food, shelter, plant kingdom and animal kingdom she envelops, and for giving us permission to live freely on her land.
- give gratitude to Father Sky for the breath of air, our life force medicine.
- give gratitude to plant kingdom and animal kingdom for their continuous giving of love, shelter, tools, food and their nurturing Spirits.
- give gratitude to the sun, moon, and stars for the spirit of their light and the loving energies they shower us with every day of our journey.
- give gratitude to all directions, elements, Grandfathers, Grandmothers, Ancestors, Spirit Keepers (Archan- gels), Angels, Helpers/ Guides, Light Beings, and Higher Self for their guidance and support.
- ask for balance of the feminine and masculine energies of self, ask for connection to your heart as you now take the plunge into the cleansing waters.
Now cleanse yourself of all that no longer serves your highest good, allowing acceptance of where you are in life and who you are, with honour, gratitude, appreciation, respect, faith, trust, love and light. Allow yourself to merge into an enlightened state of being, un- derstanding as you bathe in love and harmony all unwanted energies are transformed into love. The waters will forever flow this loving energy into wherever they travel.
Give an offering of gratitude with tobacco and prepare to leave the water and shine your light for everyone to see.

It's TIME to BE Golden
They say history repeats itself... I believe we are living through another "Goldrush", only this one is of the en- ergetic sort. Can you sense the clouds of shimmeringgoldenlovesettlingintoour atmosphere, lifting up every thing? Just as it happened a century ago, the word is spreading fast and the world is responding.
Just like in the rush for precious metal years ago, there are iconic figures in this current story, too. Once again crowds of people have caught 'gold-fever', and are compelled to leave their comfortable, familiar homes for this new energetic territory, and not all the members of their family want to come along for the journey! There are still old distractions near the goldfields demanding to be sustained; churches, preachers and entertainers now replaced by 'things to do' and 'places to go', all still trying to gain your attention and detour you from your goal. The show is on, and where the old saying used to be "love 'em and leave 'em" ~ the new golden refrain is better sung as "love it and live it". In this new quest for gold there is nothing to be running away from.
Remember the "snake oil " salesman from the 'wagon train' days? He was a charming fellow who promised that his quick and easy remedy was guaranteed to fix absolutely anything. Perhaps it seems laughable now, but we still get caught up looking for someone like him to solve our problems. In this energetic goldrush, we know that snake oil (that quick fix) does not bring long term solutions.
Thanks to modern technology, the horse and wagon has been replaced and we have access to every corner of the planet now. There is an astounding assortment of personalized tools available to us. From mantras, herbs, stones, healings, or invitations to ride on a spaceship ~ these offerings need to be seen as our 'assistants' on our quest for gold, not the gold itself.
This is a time of great change! The atoms of our entire solar system are spinning
faster, and the scientific journals describe how the elements are no longer strongly held in form. It's a time when each creature is adapting in its own way to higher frequencies, and in that process as we set clear intentions the magnetic response is almost immediate! Just like in the old days, the rush is on, but the gold is not in the ground, it is within. It is time now to focus on one's self, the feeling/breathing/knowing "golden one" waiting to be discovered.
How do we find the way if we are not running? Try settling contently deep inside yourself for a moment, breathe that golden life-force in and out. Fill yourself up, fill all the empty pockets within and feel the golden light overflowing into all aspects of your life.
I used to be greatly aided by repeating "I align my heart with the heart of highest heaven and the highest heart of earth". I would feel more grounded, more strengthened and more protected by this mantra ~ and I was very grateful. Now, I realize that all I have to say is, "I AM", for precisely the same effect or even a better one.
I AM. The "I" sound is " ah eeee", which physi- cally resonates in the heart area and then in the head (I align my heart with the heart of highest heaven), and the "AM" sound is "aaaah mmmm", which physically resonates in the heart area and then in the pelvic basin (and the highest heart of earth). Thus, our search for gold takes us from heaven to earth and back again, if we so choose. HOW AMAZING IS THIS!

Why Is 2012 Known As
the 'Year of Astrology'?
As an Astrologer the most frequent question I hear is, "Why is astrology in newspapers and magazines not at all like me?" Answer: it is Sun-sign astrology, created by Alan Leo in the late 1800's, scooped up by newspaper magnate, William Randolph Hearst, to sell newspapers. Cosmically, Sun-sign astrology is only 1/10th of who you truly are.
Your Rising Sign, or Ascendant, is interpreted astrologically as the mask we wear, publically portray- ing, at times, a false sense of self. Some people would rather wear their 'mask' than allow their true Soul self (their Sun sign) to shine on through. Those astrology columns don't truly reflect the real you, unless you also read your Moon, Rising AND Midheaven signs to get a more rounded view of yourself on that particular day!
I think of 2012 as the year astrology is 'coming out of the closet' after being reduced to barely 'fortune- telling'. I recently researched the 5,000-year history of astrology for the classes I teach including: the ancient days of Babylonian (or Chaldean priests as the Greeks called them) portending the King's life as well as state and spiritual ceremonial times of the year since 2400 BC; the Egyptian High Priest in Heliopolis (near Cairo) tracking the star Sirius to predict the yearly flood of the Nile for agricultural reasons (until the end of Imperial Rome) the Greeks and Romans needing accurate planetary observations (astronomy) led the Mohammedans to craft their Arabic Tables of maths (logarithms) to enable new generations of astrologers (not just priests) to cast charts for the everyday man or woman (600 BC). The Middle Ages saw more of this happening until science completely split off from "the supernatural" in the days of philosopher/mathematician René Descartes. Since 1666 astrology has been banned from scientific schools of study.
2012 is heralded as the year we reconnect to our Divine selves, a return to knowing we are definitely connected cosmically. Astrology began with ancient connections to the Gods (the planets) – As Above, So Below. My 2011 Spiritual tour of Egypt confirmed for me, as I did readings for each sacred site, that we still are connected to those ancestors through their spiritual beliefs, and we seem to be 'waking up' to it again! What Exactly Does One's Quantum DNA Hold?
As humans, our full DNA coding is not only about nitrogenous bases such as guanine, cytosine, thymine and adenine. It is also about something much vaster than what is perceived by present technology.
Once the laws of quantum physics come into the equation and are applied when observing cellular structure, molecular scientists will finally discover that there is a connection between spirit and biology. It will become known that it is through quantum DNA that we are connected to the cosmos, the earth, and everything in between, visible or invisible.
Since quantum DNA is woven like threads throughout a web of infinite knowledge and experience, it stores all the programming of how each cell in the body attunes to inherited imprints that set up reality in the third dimension. It also stores information contained in all other dimensions.
DNA has a consciousness and it holds data from and about the past, present and future; from and about ancestral patterns, symbolic codings, multidimensional lives, bloodline memories and evolved beings. The elemental units of energy existing within the layers of DNA can be tapped into for retrieval of any information that assists us to recognize and come into contact with aspects within patterning which may be blocking evolution.
Some ancestral patterns may keep one stuck in a repetitive spinning wheel of financial lack, profound relationship issues, low self-esteem, chronic health issues, pervasive distrust, and inherited perceptions of reality that stunt the attainment of one's truest and deepest desires. Symbolic codings however, help one to understand these patterns and move through them with a fluidity that brings resilience towards challenging set ups. Recognizing cosmic connections brings one towards understanding the galactic thread that runs throughout the web within one's own vastness. A vastness that contains multiple galactic personas who hold a sacred vision for Earth's evolution as dearly as some of their counterparts experiencing aspects of Self on this emerald planet. Coming into contact with multidimensional lives helps one to see where one has experienced, is and will be experiencing life on earth and in different levels of dimensional realities, thus recognizing abilities, potentials and fears that make up one's wholeness as a human being striving for mastery. Recalling bloodline memories assists one's growth towards wellness since it highlights what has been buried inside the genetic cellular structure generation after generation as lessons learned and wisdom shared. Recognizing evolved beings as one's own vast illuminated selves within the cosmic and earthly web is profound in that it completes the experience of being One with All That Is beyond doubt and limitation. Whatever shows up to be revealed in one's energetic/quantum DNA field is often what one needs to become aware of to fulfill the quest towards planetary and personal evolution.

Cold Hyper-Sensitivity
I suspect at some point in each of our younger or older lives - someone called us "hot stuff "! Even if, as in my own case, it was said as a joke.
That expression has various social agendas, but the reality for some of our physical bodies is - some people REALLY ARE hot stuff, while the rest of our hands and feet defy being warm.
Until recently, it was something I lived with, but once I understood the following information about body heat everything suddenly made sense.
Did you know that your immune system will deteriorate if your body temperature drops? Or that all diseases stem from reduced body temperature? This low- ering of body temperature is called "cold hypersensitiv- ity"...and you guessed it, the symptoms are cold hands, feet and other areas that are far from the heart. When the temperature of the hands and feet drop,terminal capillary vessels contract, diminishing overall blood circulation.
If your body temperature drops by one degree Celsius your vital metabolic activities will be reduced. If it drops by only one degree C, more than 3000 es- sential enzymes cannot perform their function for your body.
If your body temperature rises by one degree Celsius, then enzyme activities will be increased about 40%.On the other hand, if your body temperature drops by 1 degree C, then enzyme activities will be decreased by more than 50%. In other words, people with cold hypersensitivity tend to get sick easily due to weakened immune systems.
If your body temperature is more than 36 degrees C, your immunity will be enhanced as enzyme activities will be active. However, if your body tem- perature drops to less than 35 degrees, then there will be difficulty in your autonomic nerve system and your immunity will be greatly decreased. Cancer cells thrive in low body tem- perature environments.
Harvard Medical School found out that cancer cells are actually vulnerable to heat, and will be destroyed by temperatures over 42 degrees C. The rise in body temperature will weaken activities of cancer cells.
The good news is, the Amethyst BioMat, a medically approved device from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, does have the ability to generate heat, and far-infrared heat at that. What is the difference between heat and far infra- red rays? It is difficult for external heat to penetrate into our body, but far infrared rays can penetrate deeper into our bodies and generate intense frictional heat which stimulates our cells to move.

Out With the Old and In With The News Consciously
My 5 year old grandson recently asked me, "What do you love about your life?" My response was simple and easy, "I love loving all the people in my life". When I asked him the same questions he responded, "Everything, except spiders."
To me the spiders represent those negative thoughts and feelings which can deplete my joy and happiness. The negative thoughts and feelings do serve a purpose – if I can face the messages they are providing and take some action to support myself in different ways, then I am able to turn the negative thought or feelings into an opportunity for change.
Does the negative thought or feelings or fear dominate your life? What does my grandson do when he sees a spi- der? He immediately addresses his fear and calls for help. The adults in his life will respond with some action which will alleviate his fears. He will eventually learn how to address his fear and take action on his own. However, at this time he needs that support to feel safe.
We all need support in our lives to feel safe – some- times the only person there to help is ourself... What can I do? I check myself by asking "what do I know is true"... once I ask this question then I can begin to support myself differently and take the necessary steps to make a shift.
The spiders in our lives come and go... the one thing that is constant is the love in our lives and it is our responsibility to nurture that love... reach out to those who care and ask for help... and to reassure ourselves of the love present within our own heart.
So, ask yourself this beautiful question often – "What do I love about my life today?" The little child within you will be there to respond to the "except" part and guide you.
Today I... Allow myself to feel my feelings... See opportunity for change and ask for support... Know that I am safe and loved... And so it is...

I Love the TRUST
love the truth. Like a babe, I hold it close to my heart. I feel its warmth against my chest as it nestles in. I am a mother bear, totally committed to this truth. I revere it, whatever the price and sometimes there is one. The thing about this truth is, it has many faces. I express it differently from you. It manifests in my life in a way that is unique to me and there-in lies the challenge and the opportunity. To honour the truth in me, I must honour the truth as it shows up for you. At its very core it is one truth. You and I are divine beings. We are perfect replications of the source of all things. We are children of God. Our experience of this may differ, the way we come to know this varies and the way it expresses in each of our lives is unique, but at the core there is only the truth.
As 2012 unfolds, and we stand at the precipice of a new beginning, I put words to paper to express the truth in my life. I do this not as a resolution, but as a renewal of commitment. It begins with the recognition that I am absolutely complete and perfect as I am. There is noth- ing to fix, nothing to change, no one's version of me to live up to. Love starts with me. My whole life I wanted to be understood. To be seen for who I AM. I know now that this is an impossible dream. You will never see me as I AM, you will only see your story of me. You will see your reflection of you. When I look at you I see light reflecting light. I see the miracle that you are and I see your perfection. When I notice a flaw, I know that the flaw is in me and has nothing to do with you. And so I let it be in both of us. I accept and love us both because the only thing that separates us is the belief that what is, should be different. I see myself, the pure essence of who I AM. I embrace her; I am in awe of her. I AM oneness, and everything exists in me.
I know too, that I am not in control. There was a time when I believed that I could change what is with a thought, an action or just plain hard work. I believed that I manifested my future. If I thought good thoughts, good things would happen. If I asked for something just the right way it would come. I was in control. The truth is, we are all actors in a divine play called Life. Life will unfold and the only thing I have control of is my reaction to this unfolding. When I choose acceptance of what is; when I let go of resistance and nestle into the knowledge that I may not see it now, but there is perfection to this unfolding, I know peace. This means that everything that comes up in my life is embraced. Sadness is embraced, as is joy. Anger is embraced, as is forgiveness. Love is embraced, as is conflict. When I include all of it, there is no need to label anything good or bad. It just is and miracles follow. The miracle is that life lives me, one moment at a time.
Finally, I choose love over fear. For much of my life I lived from fear and scarcity, holding on tight to what I had, grasping at what I didn't. The truth is, the more I hang on and grasp, the harder it is to keep things. It is only now that I choose love and generosity over lack and fear that I realize that if something or someone leaves, it makes room for something new. I realize the more I give, the more I receive. I know now that abundance is not about having or not having, it is a state of being. I live in the state of abundance and my life is full.
There are times when it is difficult to love myself fully, embrace life as it is and not buy into the fear that is my conditioning and permeates our society. There are times when I go down the old, well-worn, self-defeating paths and I recognize that this too is just part of the journey. Sometimes it takes a day, a week or even a month to get back on track, other times, I see it and I am totally connected and in the flow instantaneously. Either way, I embrace that too. This momentary "fall from grace" is just a part of the "Leela" (Sanskrit for play) and I AM the observer watching it all unfold.
The other night in my meditation, I inquired for the thousandth time. .."What is my purpose?" Guidance as it often does, came to me in the form of a dream. I dreamt I was given a baby to hold, and protect. The baby in the dream was me. She is the truth as it manifests in my life. She is who I am and I hold her dear.As I held her close in my dream, I could smell her sweet scent, I felt her downy softness against my cheek and my love grew. I know with a complete certainty that my purpose is to love me unconditionally. It is to open my heart to Life, and let it live me. And so the truthful answer to my question was, I AM living my purpose.

The Crystal Skulls
A Key Tool Being Revealed for World Peace
Since April of 1983, when I saw my first very old crys- tal skull made of amethyst known to the world as "Ami" (a friend), my life with these crystal friends has been one adventure after another. Perhaps some of you have seen the last Indiana Jones film (2008) which featured an alien looking crystal skull or maybe you saw the episode of "Weird or What", a series shown on the History Channel in Canada, emceed by William Shatner dealing with "Parallel Dimensions". In any case, the crystal skulls have arrived and don't seem to be going away any time soon!
What is a Crystal Skull? For those unfamiliar with the skulls, they are defined as a human shaped skull made from
various types of gemstones. But originally, when they first started to appear at the end of the 1800's and into the early part of the 1900's - the skulls uncovered (near or within ancient ruins in Mexico and the Central America), were made of different types of quartz. The most famous crystal skull in the world is known as the Mitchell-Hedges crystal skull named after British Explorer F.A. Mitchell-Hedges. This human size and shaped clear quartz skull was comprised of two pieces with a separate jaw that was uncovered in an ancient Mayan city called Lubaantum in 1924.
Today, besides the older skulls being discovered, there are thousands upon thousands of new skulls being made by modern carvers predominately in China and Brazil. We ourselves have a number of new skulls, but due to the way we work with our crystal skulls they have awakened and have a living consciousness linked with them which speaks to us. Actually, our new human sized, two piece rose quartz skull made by a master carver in China, asked to be called
"Rosalita" which means roses in Spanish. "Rosalita" is truly amazing and is a healing skull that emits great love and light! We have included her picture here for you to enjoy.
Now how can the crystal skulls possibly help our world to see "Peace"? Why that is quite simple and it works like this. First, if a crystal skull is awakened it works as a mini energy vortex. This means it can become a receptacle to channel special energies from spirit and other dimensions. Next, when people have contact with the electro-magnetic
energy broadcast by the skulls, it helps them in their spiritual evolution. As well, it assists to create more balance via different forms of healing - physical, emotional or mental releases. And finally there are legends that say when a certain group of very old skulls come back together physically, and are in the same place at the same time, their combined energy will act as a catalyst to take our planet from a 3rd dimensional frequency into a 5th dimensional frequency. It is
believed they may have been scattered in the world for thousands of years, and some of these crystal skulls are not in the physical but may be etheric beings.The leap to a 5th dimensional frequency will activate our ability to clearly perceive our interconnection as "Children of God" and the "One Human Family".
2012 is an exciting time, as the energy of "Mother Earth" and our world is growing and expanding faster and faster. And there in the center of all this transformation, one thing you can count on is, all of our crystal skull children are constantly emanating ~more LOVE~more LIGHT~ more PEACE, always.

Crystal Healing
I think one facet of why we are here on Mother Earth is to experience the manifestation of our desires through our emotions. So if we are thinking and feeling thoughts and emotions in a negative context, sometimes these negative emotions get stuck in our bodies. We are made of energy, therefore an energy thought can be easily stored in the body.
We can go for counselling to talk about the issues that created our imbalances, but unless those stuck emotions are released from our bodies, they can be the start of any number of mental, physical or emotional imbalances that can create illness in our lives. Stuck emotion could be many things, i.e. grief, anger, self-abuse, etc. Many people wonder how crystals work with healing or the releasing of negative emotions. Our bodies are made up of the materials of the earth, so it stands to reason that crystals would work in conjunction with our bodies to heal or release stuck emotions.
Quartz crystals are fossilized water and since our body is mainly water, holding or using them in a crystal layout with the intent for releasing stuck emotions, seems to work well. The crystals tend to work in a slower, gentler manner and combinations of other rocks, crystals and gems may be used as well. My experience has been that these stuck emotions can take a period of time to release, sometimes up to several months of layout treatments. Healing is about bringing the body's energies into balance. When crystals interact with the body bringing an energetic balance, the healing process is triggered.
To speed up the releasing process, I use a pendulum to begin the release of the stuck emotion before doing the crystal layout. This treatment can also be done as 'distance healing'. Energy follows the direction of intent, therefore releases will take place at a distance. The releasing of these stuck emotions make huge changes in your well being, giving you back your self-esteem, self-worth and self-love.
The interaction between crystals, rocks and gems with our physical body and our etheric body can set a natural environment for healing. Since the crystals are multi-faceted, they can assist us to be the same - thus balancing us physi- cally, emotionally and mentally.

Paws-itively Yours
I am excited ! Why? Well because I'm an old Temple cat and I have been waiting for a long time to feel the excite- ment in the air that I AM feeling now.
Imagine ... they say The Doves of Transformation are taking flight and I don't even want to chase them. And THAT has nothing to do with old age or memory cells dissolving in highly toxic tuna juice. No sireee..indeed, my memory works quite well, thank you. And so do my eyes for that matter - 'what ya see is what ya get' used to be a pretty sure thing but NOW - it's more like 'what ya think is what ya get' and it's happening fast.
I think those Doves are to blame. I know I'm not supposed to blame anyone anymore so I'll put it another way. It's those Doves of Peace and Light that are marking the dawning of a new way on planet earth and their arrival is the catalyst for a quickening of everything. Speaking of my youthful brain cells, I remember years ago when I was in temple-cat-apprentice-training. The Maine Coon said the quickening of events was on the way and I would live to see the power and love that that great light would bring. T hat was just before she passed the 'you're-the-leader-now torch' over to me. Quite frankly I wasn't sure I would make it past the summer of 2011, there was SO much to do, and the two-leggeds couldn't seem to hold their own for more than a day or a week at a time. Some of my younger peers (just like yours) went to the other side, and my load got bigger rather than smaller. You might not be aware that sometimes when energy is moving and shifting at a furious pace (like it was in 2011) that the felines will work overtime on your behalf if necessary, even to the point of exhaustion. And you didn't think you had anything in common with a cat!
But just in the nick of time, round about November, a whole bunch of people finally 'got it' and our work load eased off. You might want to go give old kitty a pat on the head and say thank you or perhaps a big bowl of whipped cream and some butter would be a nice token of your appreciation. Now don't go giving me the 'that's bad for your health story.' I'm sure it's no worse than one of those big cappuccino you drink. In fact, did you know that it is important for you to try and get your senior cat to gain some weight? Get- ting too skinny is bad for their health. Teehee, I'm not sure the vet actually recommends whipped cream and butter, but I love it. Just don't leave your fancy coffee drink on the floor near me. I'll show you how fast an old guy can move as I speedily slurp the white treat from the top.
Anyway, by the time Jan 11, 2012 rolled in, even more people had re- dedicated themselves to themselves! Yes, they finally decided to Be the star from the inside out. That meant ener- getically, instead of us working double shifts - people were holding the platform stable and helping others do the same. Holy Shmoley! That is what you call 'the icing on the cake' or what I call, 'a double salmon pattie' in a fish burger!
So now that I am back to snoozing with the babies in the afternoon, I'm likely to still be around to run when they jump up and chase my whiskers one day.
Did you ever notice how kids, cats and old people make such good friends. I thinks it's cause we all like to sleep in the afternoon! It gives us time to be one with the silence and contemplate what we say before we speak.
As I watch the humans really start to claim their own self-power and co- operate together, I feel proud to be part of the team. Lots of people are getting the call to rise up and shine and BE the example they wish the world to be - It is beautiful to see and even better to feel cause the energy created is amazing.
The Dove vibration is bringing the sparkle back into people's eyes, igniting inner peace and joy, and some extra love in their hearts. So may this 'love of the dove stuff' serve you well, and may all your dreams really come true. Love You Dearly...all year long. SK

Ready, Set, Glow!
The law of vibration.
2012 is a great year to radiate good vibrations.
Since it is a year of great acceleration, the only thing we need around us is peaceful loving goodness.
There is a powerful golden opportunity all year long, a precious gift from the creator, to use our time wisely with focused attention and simply visualize our life into a PERMANENT state of harmonious grace. February marks the transi- tion into the year of the water dragon (Chinese New Year). Yup, say good-bye to the dinghy without a rudder, and hello to a finely-tuned race boat. In other words...say goodbye to the person who used to oscillate between positive and negative states of vibration, and hello to the Master Within that only entertains the finest thoughts.
Let's shed some light on how to connect with ALL the good we desire, and how we can improve the quality of our own life. Vibrations are not new to us, but our awareness of their connections to the results we get in life are. We must develop the ability to turn inward, holding fast to our vision of success.
Feel the connection... the resonance of you and
all the good you desire operating at the same harmonious frequency.
Your brain and body are finely tuned vibratory instruments. As soon as you choose happy thoughts, your brain cells are affected and send electromagnetic waves (which are amplified through love) until your entire being becomes a transmitter of positive vibra- tions. All your cells and thus your magnetic field become charged with an energy that simply attracts other things with the same magnetic field...you have made yourself into a living, breathing instrument in harmonious rapport with other people and situations that match your highest intention for your life. And so it will be, as the law of vibration is exact.
Let me share a very condensed story to illustrate this law. Pretend I am holding up an acorn seed and ask you what I am holding. You would reply, "an oak tree". Nature knows how to succeed because every seed is imprinted with its perfect design and it does not choose whether it will or won't follow the plan, like humans do. So when this acorn I have in my hand is planted in the earth, we would see a parade of nutrients, of everything that this acorn needs to become an oak tree being attracted to it through the law of vibration....we would NOT see things that were detrimental to its growth being drawn to it. This is an easy way to stay on track, to imagine the universe sending you a parade of everything you need to succeed, to grow and co-create your divine life.
So why not fillyourself up with healing, loving vibrations so that the flame within your heart is aglow and you feel ready to take on YOUR world. 2012 isn't the year to be fixing up everyone else, it's a golden opportunity to roll up your sleeves and dig right into your own life. Draw on your positive, previous life experiences, and hold on the most benevolent future outcomes in the screen on your mind, and the universal law of attraction will line up everything you need to make it so in your world. Just like that, it's as easy as 1,2,3 GLOW.

The Age of Aquarius and the Water Within
Welcome, dear friends, to the year 2012 and what an amazing start we are having. As I compose this article, the winds are gusting up to 90km , cleansing the atmosphere, and the rain is driving itself against my windows. It is indeed a dark and stormy night,which makes the light here and in neighbouring homes shine even more warmly, offering sanctuary in the storm.
These times will be perceived by many as stormy, as not only our weather but global govern- ments undergo drastic change and transformation, the perfect reflections of what each individual human being on this planet has opportunity to undertake. Many have already started this pro- cess, creating the energetic openings and clearing the vibrational pathways for those who follow. Whether you are a seasoned lightworker who has forged ahead fearlessly for decades or one newly awakened, doubtlessly you recognize the amaz- ing potential for accelerated growth and ultimate transformation at this time.
Over the past year, I have been keenly aware of the ever increasing presence of whale energy, with record numbers of these beloved mammals appearing in the waters around Vancouver Island. I have also been aware of the close proximity of celestial pods, the energetic complements of those swimming our waters.
These Deep Blue Ones ask us to remember that the living water within us provides the ultimate fluidity to transform ourselves with ease and grace. Water is at the essence of every living organism on this planet; the core of each molecule, each cell is fluid. Water makes up approximately 70-80% of all organic matter, with the human body being composed of approx. 70% water (90% at birth). The water within us can actually facilitate our cellular transformation! Our bodies are perfect conductors of the sounds and frequencies that are being transmitted to us as never before. People around the world are actually hearing with the "naked" ear, huge sounds coming from the sky and from the earth itself (check out youtube), calling them the Trumpet of God, the shifting of the tectonic plates and the birth pains of a New Earth.
Many may experience fear in the face of such "real" evidence that Gaia is indeed undergoing amazing transformation, afraid of what changes may lie in store for humankind. Remember, we came perfectly equipped for these changes, in a large part thanks to the water within us. We know water transforms in response to the power of thought and intention, thus we are able to transform ourselves at a cellular level. We may undergo a series of physical or metaphysical transformations and remain unaltered in our essence, just as water can change its appearance from fluid to solid to vapor and still be water. Water, through its fluidity, is a living and loving example and reflection of our uniqueness within Oneness.
Think of a puddle, comprised of millions of molecules, yet one droplet may break away and be complete. The puddle itself may freeze, or be absorbed into the earth where it blends into the water table or evaporates. Perhaps it becomes a cloud, recreating itself either as individual droplets of rain or snowflakes, each one unique, inevitably rejoining the great flow of Gaia's lifeblood. Each molecule transforms endlessly yet never changes its essence....the transformations flow easily.
Each molecule within us holds our life essence, our unique signature, which can merge and blend with others energetically and metaphysically, flow- ing seamlessly into the One, with each molecule distinct and essential to the whole. And so it is that we are connected to every other living organism on the planet through the water within, as every living thing experiences the broadcast of higher frequencies. Each of you remains a perfect, Divine creation, a manifestation of Loving Presence... who you are...as you raise your vibration and ascend, becoming lighter and more brilliant.
How perfectly suited we are to benefit from sounds created in Love, be it the laughter of a child, the whisper of a breeze, the roar of the ocean or beautiful crystal singing bowls. The Heavens themselves are singing for us.
OW IS THE TIME to truly open our ears to hear and our hearts to receive the Love that is sounding throughout the galaxy! You will feel that Love liter- ally vibrate your cells, being the perfect miracle of creation that you are! How absolutely Divine!

The GOLDnPINK Ray Love Without Compromise
2012 - We welcome you to the new parallel energetic era of peace and love 'beyond measure'. A pristine system where time dissolves into the spirit of the moment, and life as you know it has the opportunity to rewrite itself with new codes of the Sacred Divine from within. The 11:11:11 system has become the foundational support for the 12:12:12 system, and as a unit they have created the opportunity for a third system to co-exist within and beyond their own.
It is indeed an exciting time to BE PRESENT on planet earth and the more you embrace the concept that you are no longer a victim, the more joyous your life becomes. Time and time again you hear the message that life is meant to be easy. REJOICE we say, if you allow yourself the grace to stretch beyond your old self-limiting habits and BELIEVE you are worthy of more...more will come directly to you.
This third system is one of the most delicate and ever so precious vibrations that has ever existed. Although it has previously been somewhat elusive and generally inaccessible, the birthing pro- cess is now beginning on your planet. We speak of the WHITEnGOLDnPINK ray of transformation and ascension, revealing itself primarily as a sweet pink ray permeated with gold.
Some of you have previously felt a gentle passing of this delicate wave in some of your deepest, darkest hours, as it lifted you up...lent you a hand...and ignited a resolve within to believe in yourself again. Later when you found yourself in the same position, perhaps days or years later, once again seemingly out of nowhere, this gentle yet powerful force reappeared, exquisite yet still undefinable. Was it a passing- by from the Angelic realms? Were the Divine Mothers themselves responsible? Perhaps that illuminated radiant glow came from so far beyond Planet Earth it defied definition. All of the above could be facets of the ray and yet all of those combined would not fully express it. It was the undefinable 'feeling'it emanated that caused your heart to skip a beat and realign with your perfect self once again. The effect would be comparable to hav- ing your heart mechanically resuscitated in the physical world. One moment your light was about to go out - and the next you were full of radiant life once more. It was a blessed gift then and it still is now, as the loving residue continues 'vibrating within' long after the actual phenomena has passed.
This WHITEnGOLDnPINK vibration now rising up and permeating Mother Earth and beyond, surpasses any human understanding of the infinite source. As you become more accustomed to the vibration, it brings an ability/opportunity for you to personally match a facet of its elevated frequency. Thus, it offers peace and love of an exceptional quality to your physical and emotional selves. It brings the golden ray of prosperity to everything it embraces. The exact colour does not yet exist in your physical world and is unable to be reproduced at this time. However, if you wish to have the vibrational experience begin to interact with you, first, think of pink! Simply close your eyes and imagine a divine golden pink light surrounding you - a gentle pink light sparkling with elusive golden layers.
The radiant tones of 'love without compromise' that it brings, will embrace you and support you to hold true to your dreams, to believe you are worthy of true love. There is no need to settle for second best in the 2012 vibration. Dream your dreams with perfection, understanding you are de- serving of true love, divine peace and joyous abundance. It is time to dance in your own light and celebrate, know- ing it is not necessary to compromise. You will perhaps need to monitor your thoughts and feelings as the old way resists making way for the new. Old habits you hold dear may try to trick you into keeping them alive. When you notice yourself doing this - simply love them and gently say 'no thanks', and choose to keep that space available for your perfect dreams to arrive.

Grandfather Dragonfly
A long, long time ago when Mother Earth was a small speck of consciousness - no more than a passing thought in the world of what you called enlightenment, she was precious and whole. She was clean and clear - she knew who she was and what she could do. She was generous in her spirit and she was willing to be of service to 'all the other specks of energy' around her.
Grandfather was no more than a flash of light himself - and that was good. There was nobody on the surface in those times - Mother Earth was an energy system unto herself, much like you are. When the LIGHT ONES devised the plan to make everything better for the All, they approached Mother Earth, seeking her council, her cooperation and assistance. It was because of her beautiful and loving nature that she stood out in the starry heavens - even though she was very small and very far away. The power of her love was pristine and precise and her voice was one that echoed throughout eternity. She was a vibrational tone unique to herself. Many of you understand what that means because so are you now.
There is an old ongoing story of how you arrived on this planet - it was meant to be like a 'smoke-screen'. It said that planet earth was chosen for this experiment be- cause it was so far away and if something went wrong or if the people did not succeed - the ramifications wouldn't matter so much because Planet Earth was not very important, (so untrue). The story was created so 'others who might interfere' would not see her value. It was a simple way to put a protective layer in place. The real truth was was that Mother Earth was the most precious jewel in the Universe and was putting her life on the line for the good of the ALL.
You understand that sometimes you have been thought- less in your actions, and thus you have sometimes hurt yourselves as well as those close to you - so it was important Mother Earth was also protected from the duality of the people and their
possible inconsistent actions.
But that was the old time, and everything can be different now. It IS different now, and you are ready to BE the chief in your own world. Now you can choose to lead with intelligence - with insight and foresight - in the
way of the magical Water Dragon.
This here is the year of the Water Dragon and it is a powerful time. This special dragon energy is very important - it brings wisdom and power, fluidity, patience, kindness, compassion and great skill. There is great abundance in the air and it is all good. The Water Dragon brings with it a highly evolved energetic protection system and that is why Grandfather can tell you the story of Mother Earth today.
NOW everything is different...it is time for what was hidden to be seen - it is time for your old dusty stories to clean up or get out. It is time for the truth to reveal itself, and the truth is that Mother Earth was not the last choice - she was the only choice! It was her ability to love uncon- ditionally that gave this experiment a chance to stay alive. She is beyond precious, and the time has come for the two- leggeds to acknowledge her rightful place in the system of all that is. Many of you are here at this time to take your places in the Circle of 11 plus 1 - the Circles of Doves of Transformation - in the illusive WHITEnGOLDnPINK frequency that is ready to be born. Dragonfly is ready too.
Mother Earth sets the tone for you by her example and the sound of her love song will resonate sweet and clear within the crystalline structure of your hearts. There are a thousand stories to tell but the one that bears repeating today is - Mother Earth is throwing off her veils to reveal a highly evolved transformational energy system that is ready NOW because of the long silence - ready to begin anew.
Just in the nick of timelessness you arose to greet yourselves. At the 11th hour with chance after precious chance having been squandered - you rose to step forward in the Circle of One. This is the time to activate your white /light vibration and shine brightly - to be proud of the chief within and hold true to your heritage of light. Grandfather remembers the brilliance of the light on the water we made together in the early days of ONEness on this planet. Now as you become transparently- solid in your decision to be true to yourself, the door opens to the powerful medicine that can help you make your dreams come true. The key to the lock still lies within that Oneness.
It is time to work together - after all these eons, it is time to recognize the others and the power you have to assist each other. Your gift as Mother Earth opens her doors is to share this wonder and glory, this abundance of all good things with each other. You are ready to fill 'your moccasins of light' and grab a paddle from the Canoe of Transformation. You are ready to ride the beautiful wave together - better than ever before. 'Selfish' needs to be gone now even though Dragonfly says to put yourself first - you understand what it means to care for others around you but still love yourself the most.
You know inside your sacred place within, the joy of sharing the gifts that unification brings, and you can imagine the great satisfaction of re-defining the energetic signature of the living model of ascension. You know you feel it in your heart, it is what you have longed for and now you have the opportunity to begin to LIVE the dream. Generosity opens floodgates of opportunity before you. So it is now, one by one you choose yourselves and one by one you choose each other, as the gift of the divine ray of sacred silence and pure tone prepares to come together in the physical.
It is time for you to love what you do - love what you say, and mean what you say when you speak with words or write them. Your word is your shield - your truth is your guiding light, your flexibility is your saving grace and your personal 'loving nur- turing spirit' your key to private places where others are unable to enter. Everything is propelled by the inner circle of unprecedented love within you as the Circle of the Dove spreads its wings wide because of you...lights up the path- ways for your travels - brings you the green twig of hope and peace.
The Circle of the Doves will be a way for you to better understand the power of keeping your own center core uncluttered and precious for yourself. This is the part of you you are not meant to share, it is the core of your ener- getic signature. That is the secret of why Love is always the answer. It is easy to see that every spark of light matters and every 'potential spark' does also. It's a good time to make Light Medicine together.
I call myself Grandfather Dragonfly, and a long time ago some of you knew me as your chief - and I AM here again to stand beside you as the new story of creation unfolds. Today the Thunderbird soars to places you dream to reach - but the Dove of Love flies beyond that place - The Dove Transcends!
